Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Da-Bu-Gan Tangin the treatment of liver qi deficiency type polyneuropathy, clinical validation forDa-Bu-Gan Tang in the treatment of liver qi deficiency type polyneuropathy.Methods:60patients with polyneuropathy the inclusion criteria, were randomlydivided into Da-Bu-Gan Tang group (treatment group)30cases, vitamin B1,methylcobalamin dispersible tablet group (control group)30cases, respectively, on theclinical treatment of the appropriate use of drugs, sensory dysfunction, muscle weaknessand EMG and nerve conduction velocity observed. Treatment for4weeks as a course oftreatment, continuous three treatments, spaced3-5days of rest. Clinical effect using "TheGuiding Principle of Clinical Research on New Traditional Chinese Drugs",finally use thestatistical method to deal with score of patients, the conclusion.Results: According to "The Guiding Principle of Clinical Research on NewTraditional Chinese Drugs" and clinical diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard "rate of efficacy, The obvious effective rate of the treatment group was43.33%, the totaleffective rate of80%; control group, The obvious effective rate13.33%, the total effectiverate of66.67%; comparison of the efficacy of the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Da-Bu-Gan Tang has obvious curative effect on liver qi deficiency typepolyneuropathy, confirm Da-Bu-Gan Tang in the treatment of polyneuropathy clinicallyapplicable, provides effective thinking and method of the research results for the treatmentof polyneuropathy.
