Abstract:To explore the application of percutaneous pin fixation in clinicalapplication and curative effect of the treatment of lateral humeral condyle fractures inchildren.Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital from2007August to2012July in thetreatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture in60cases, among them, male42,female18. On the left side42, right side18. The age is the smallest2year old, thelargest13year old, the average6.23year old. All of the manual reduction and externalfixation and closed or open reduction and percutaneous pin fixation.Results:All cases were obtained at different time of follow-up,2-18months, average10months, all fractures healed. No postoperative infection, nonunion, malunion of fracture,internal fixation complications such as fracture.Conclusion:Application of titanium needle percutaneous pin fixation for thetreatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture is an effective treatment for clinical,is a safe, effective and functional recovery after operation of good method.
