Objective: To analyse the risk factors which Effecting of dopaminedysregulation syndrome of Parkinson’s disease by retrospective analysis。Methods:65cases of Parkinson’s disease in the First Affiliated Hospital ofChongqing University of Medical Sciences from Deb2010to Jan2013wereanalyzed retrospectively by gender, age, PD onset age, course of the disease, daily dose of LD, the history of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse andthe Deep brain stimulation surgery,if there is someone to take care of afteronset, the total score of UPDRS and the stage of Hoehn-Yahr were used tomeasurement data for research.Using single factor analysis and multiplefactor analysis about the related risk factors of dopamine dysregulationsyndrome in Parkinson’s disease. Results: Patients in Parkinson’s disease who taking large of levodopa (≥1250mg) have a relationgship with dopamine dysregulation syndrome inParkinson’s disease (P <0.05); Patients’ gender, age, the onset of age, courseof the disease, the history of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse and theDeep brain stimulation surgery,if there is someone to take care of after onset, the total score of UPDRS and the stage of Hoehn-Yahr has norelationgship with dopamine dysregulation syndrome (>0.05). But betweenthe above risk factors existing different degree of correlation in dopaminedysregulation syndrome.Conclusion:1. Patients in Parkinson’s disease who taking large of levodopa (≥1250mg)have a relationgship with dopamine dysregulation syndrome in Parkinson’sdisease (P <0.05).2. Patient’s age of Parkinson’s disease and correspond with the total score ofUPDRS and course of the disease have relationgship with dopaminedysregulation syndrome(P<0.05);3.The onset age of Patients and taking large dose of levodopa (≥1250mg)in Parkinson’s disease correlation with dopamine dysregulation syndrome(P<0.05);4. patients who taking large dose of levodopa (≥1250mg) in Parkinson’sdisease and correspond with the course of the disease, the history ofalcohol and drug abuse correlation with dopamine dysregulation syndrome(P<0.05);5.The course of Parkinson’s disease and correspond with the total score ofUPDRS,the history of mental illness and the stage of Hoehn-Yahrcorrelation with dopamine dysregulation syndrome incidence correlated (P<0.05); 6.Te total score of UPDRS in Parkinson’s disease and correspond with thehistory of mental illness,he stage of Hoehn–Yahr and the course of thedisease correlation with dopamine dysregulation syndrome (P<0.05);7.The treatment of dopamine dysregulation syndrome in PD to be furtherresearch.
