Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of postoperative wound around main drainage opening of recurrent anal fistula.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60postoperative patient of recurrent anal fistula were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with15cases in each group.The treatment group were smeared MEBO on postoperative wound around main drainage opening and arnebia oil gauze(hospital preparation) were filled into the incision, the control group were smeared Fuzhiqing ointments on postoperative wound and arnebia oil gauze were filled into the incision. Then observed the situations with the pain degree,the time of slough defluvium, granulation tissue formation, wound infection, average healing days and relapse of the. two groups. SPSS17.0was used for statistical analysis, taking p<0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Results:There were significant differences in the situations with the pain degree,the time of slough defluvium, granulation tissue formation and average healing days between the two groups(p<0.05), indicating that treatment group was superior to the control group. There was no significant difference in the situations with wound infection and relapse between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:There were significant superiority in the situations of pain relief, accelerating the slough defluvium, promoting granulation tissue formation and wound healing in the treatment group to those in the control group.
