The Clinical Research On The Combination Of Local Debridement,Drainage And Coating Nitroglycerin Ointment

Objective:To evaluate a new treatment method of anal fissure that is not only more effective,but alsohas less suffering and Low recurrence rate, protects anal function well。Methods:Thirty samples are divided into two groups(n=15) randomly.The therapy group adopts local debridement and drainage,which coated with nitroglycerin after surgery。The control group adopts internal anal sphincter resectionResults:Compared with the two groups,they have no obvious differences in the healing rate, postoperative hemorrhage after the first postoperative week and fourth week, edema,uroschesis(P>0.05). The course of treatment pains after the third postoperative day and seventh day,headace are different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The local debridement and drainage with coating nitroglycerin can protect internal anal sphincter and the anus function. It also can reduce postoperative pain. So,It’s an satisfactory clinical procedure.
