Observing The Chiropractics Of Points’ Microcirculation And The Affect Of Different Moxibustions To Zusanli’s Temperature And Microcirculation

Objective:(1)observe the microcirculation physiological characteristic of the points and control points(2)observe the change of the skin temperatures curve and the blood flow(BF)by do moxibustion on zusanli with warming moxibustion(WM), monkshood-separed moxibustion(MM) and ginger-separed moxibustion(GM),then summarize the characteristics of the change of the temperater and microcirculation,to making a theoretical reference for searching the different moxibustion to changing the local microcirculation.Methods:(1)examine20healthy volunteers’ BF in hegu and zusanli,then compare BF in the control points with laser doppler flowmetry(ldf),then calculateing the average bf in the points and the control points with the analesys software,then evaluating the difference between then points and the contral points.(2)20volunteers were given WM,MM,and GM, on zusanli,one after another every7days.Observe the change of zusanli’s skin temperature and BF,with thermocouple and LDF. We calculate the BF per minute,with the analyse software from Perimed company Sweden.then analysis the difference between the three groups.Results:1.comparation the microcirculation between the points and the control points. the BF between the points and the control points are difficience,and the points’bf are heigher than the control points.(P<0.05)2.Observe different moxibustions effects to zusanli’s skin temperatures and the microcirculation.(1) before doing these three moxibustions both the three groups zusanli’s skin temperatures Bf are the same,and hree control points,are the same(P>0.05), However,there are the difference between the treatments groups and the control points(P<0.05).(2) The temperature’s change,are differents.GM>MM>WM’(P<0.05); The BF of the both zusanli and control points are changed,after moxibustion, and the change in zusanli is more obverser than then control point.(3) When finished the WM,the temperature is going down quickly,then slowly,and goes into a pleatue,finally the temperature go back before the moxibustion.However, the temperature of MM and GM are going heigher,then go back to temperature before moxibustion.30minutes after the moxibustion the WM group and the GM group’s BF are stable, in the high level,but the,MM group’s BF go back to the base.Conclusions:(1)Combine the comparation between the points and the control points,we know that,the points’BF are heigher than control points’and exist the statistical signicicance.(P<0.05)(2)The temperature curves of the three kinds of moxibustions are different.the WM’s is small wave and stable,when finished the moxibustions the temperature gose down’s rate is quickly turn to slowly.The MM and GM’s curves are big wave and go heigher and heigher, when finished the moxibustions the temperature gose down’s rate is quickly.The Difference compared of the BF between before moxibustion and after moxibustion is GM>MM>WM,the temperature is heigher the BF is faster.The range of the three moxibustion are WM>MM、GM,The stumulation is GM> WM>MM,the stale time GM=WM>MM.
