Research On Pneumonoconiosis Complicated With COPD And Its Influencing Factors

Objective:To learn the situation of pneumonoconiosis patients complicated with COPD and explore its influencing factors. provide the basis for primary prevention of pneumonoconiosis and COPD.Methods:Select newly-diagnosed of pneumoconiosis patients in recent5years In the5provincial mining company in Hunan province as the research object(silicosis or coal workers pneumoconiosis patients), The subjects performed spirometry, a chest radiograph,meanwhile to collect their Age, length of service, type of work, smoking status, height, weight, past medical history and other information.All the date analyzed by SPSS version18.0.Results:In the same age class, the incidence of COPD significantly higher than the general population. Incidence rate of COPD were correlated with the stages of pneumoconiosis, length of service, age, Smoking or not and smoking index,namely the higher stage, The longer length of service, older, smoking intensity increasing, the prevalence of COPD is increasing.Incidence rate of COPD increased obviously in pneumoconiosis patients after the age of50.The BMI of COPD is lower than that of non-COPD in pneumonoconiosis patients.Conclusions:(1) pneumoconiosis patients have higher incidence of COPD than general population.(2) stages of pneumoconiosis,exposure duration, smoking, smoking index, age and BMI are influencing factors of COPD.(3) stages of pneumoconiosis is the biggest influencing factors for pneumoconiosis complicated with COPD.
