ObjectiveWe want to explore the relationship between Mycoplasma, chlamydia infectionand ectopic pregnancy,and to guide gynecological clinical application of antibiotics.MethodsThe56patients with ectopic pregnancy who received treatment in affiliatedhospital of Binzhou Medical College from January2011to December2012in Yantaiserved as the experimental group. The healthy women of childbearing age who tookhealthy examination in the same period served as the control group. The two groupswere analyzed retrospectively.All the women take the line the cervical secretionsmycoplasma cultivation and chlamydia antigen detection.ResultsThe mycoplasma infection rate of the experimental group was50.00%(28casesof positive), the chlamydia infection rate was14.29%(8cases of positive). Themycoplasma infection rate of the control group was26.67%(16cases of positive), thechlamydia infection rate was1.67%(1cases of positive). About the two groups ofmycoplasma infection, chlamydia infection it had obvious difference.There is statisticalsignificance (P <0.05).ConclusionMycoplasma, chlamydia infection is closely associated with ectopicpregnancy.Suitable application of antibiotic is the key of the prognosis and pregnancyagain.
