Effect Of Shaogan Decoction Of Early Intervention In Acute Cholangitis

Objective: Now sphincter of Oddi dysfunction has been widely known for medicine.And acute cholangitis as a clinical common disease, there have been many reportsdemonstrate the occurrence and development of acute cholangitis is closely related tothe sphincter of Oddi spasm: acute cholangitis can lead or associated with sphincter ofOddi spasm; And acute cholangitis can be worsened because of Oddi sphincter spasm.Sphincter of Oddi spasm included in the scope of the sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.Our early experiment confirmed that the main ingredient of Shaogan Decoction ispaeoniflorin，it can diastole Sphincter of Oddi, thus alleviate Sphincter of Oddispasm.Our study use the patients with acute cholangitis（cause of choledocholithiasis）as the research object, observe the curative effect of acute cholangitis with earlyapplication of Shaogan Decoction.Methods: Use single-blind randomized controlled clinical trial method, choice of acutecholangitis patients as the research object, various basic disposition in conservativetreatment phase under the same conditions, the treatment group of41cases as theyadmitte to hospital that give them Shaogan Decoction treatment immediately;another41cases of application of physiological saline as the control group. Observed the painrelief rate, body temperature decreased rate, white blood cells reduce rate, rate ofsurgery of the two groups after conservative treatment stage in the onset of48hours.And observed three groups of pain relief rate of treatment group, in the three timequantum from disease attack to application of Shaogan Decoction:0-12hours,12-24hours, over24hours.Results: Comparing the pain relief rate, body temperature decreased rate, white bloodcells reduce rate, rate of surgery between the treatment group and the control group afterthe onset of48hours.The treatment group is different from the control group bystatistical analysis. Also found that the shorter drug using time from the onset time, the higher pain relief rate is.Conclusion: For patients with acute cholangitis,early using the Shaogan Decoction fortherapeutic intervention,it can obviously alleviate symptoms of patients with abdominalpain, reduce the body temperature,white blood cell count and reduce the rate ofoperation. Using Shaogan Decoction to alleviate the sphincter of Oddi spasm,theshorter drug using time from the onset time,the more obvious effct will be. It alsoprevent the progression of acute cholangitis, especially to ease pain effect, reduce thepatient’s pain.
