Purpose: This paper observes the influence of the pilose antler polypeptide affect onischemic myocardial injury rats, and discusses the protective effect and mechanismofaction ofpilose antler polypeptide on experimental ischemic myocardial cells of rats.Method: Through the method, the rat coronary artery left anterior descending ligation,copy myocardial ischemia animal model. The research observes the protection of each dosevelvet antler polypeptides affect on ischemic myocardial from detecting the electrophysiology,histomorphology, cTn-I content of blood biochemistry indices. It can be the directions forinstance resisting oxidation damage, resisting myocardial cell apoptosis and promoting themitochondrial DNA repair, in order to explore velvet antler polypeptides possible mechanismsfor protection of myocardial injury.Results:1The protection of velvet antler polypeptides of ischemic myocardial:(1)Electrophysiological testing showed that the velvet antler polypeptides can decrease the∑-ST of ECG, reduce the degree of myocardial injury.(2) The histomorphology research hasshown that velvet antler polypeptides can reduce necrosis area.(3) Blood biochemistry testsindicated that velvet antler polypeptides can reduce cTn-I content in the serum of myocardialischemia rat, lessen the degree of myocardial injury.2The research of Velvet antler polypeptides protecting ischemic myocardial mechanism:(1)The antioxidant damage mechanism study showed that velvet antler polypeptides can canreduce MDA conten increase SOD, GSH and GSH-Px vigor in rats myocardial ischemiaserum. It protects the myocardial through resistance of oxidation damage mechanism.(2)The research concerning anti-myocardial cell apoptosis demonstrated that velvet antlerpolypeptides can reduce mitochondria Bax protein content and increase mitochondria Bcl-2protein content and the Bcl-2/Bax ratio in myocardial ischemia rat myocardial cell. It alsocan reduce Caspase-3in the mitochondrial proteases activity. The mechanism, velvet antlerpolypeptides protect myocardial cells, is against myocardial cells apoptosis.(3) The studypromoting the mitochondrial DNA repair indicated that velvet antler polypeptides canincrease the expression of OGG1and APE-1. Velvet antler polypeptides can protect themyocardial cell by promoting mitochondria DNA repair. Conclusion: The experimental research shows that the Velvet antler polypeptides haveprotective effect on animal ischemic myocardial cause myocardial injury. Its mechanismsrelate to deer Velvet antler polypeptides enhance the antioxidant capacity, resisting myocardialcell apoptosis, promoting cardiomyocyte mitochondrial DNA repair.
