The Clinical Research Of The Effect Of Electro-acupuncture BL30Analgesic Treatment After Anal Surgeries And The Effect Of PGE2in Patients’ Serum

Purpose: By observing the relationship between the analgesic effect ofelectro-acupuncture BL30and the content of PGE2in the patientsˊserum, themechanisms of electronic-acupuncture BL30analgesia after anal surgeries arediscussed.Method:This study successively counted the information of the patients who meetthe inclusive criteria according to the order of admission. Ninety-nine cases arecounted in total from August,2012to November,2012,39patients are gave up orexcluded during the experiment, and30men and30women, who meet the inclusivestandard, are chosen and successfully finished the research in the end. This clinicalresearch uses patients’ self-comparison method before and after taking theacupuncture treatment, and assumes the rating of the pain level before the patientstaking the acupuncture treatment as A1, and the content of PGE2in patients’ serum asA2. Assume the rating of the pain level after stimulating the patients’ BL30acupuncture with Electro-acupuncture as B1, and set the content of PGE2in patients’serum as B2at this time. Compares changes of the level of pain and the content ofPGE2in serum before and after accepting the Electro-acupuncture treatment, recordand analyze the indicator data, and finally do the statistical analysis using softwareSPSS17.0.Results:(1)The electro-acupuncture analgesic treatment shows no differences in theresults among different genders, ages, and disease courses after anal surgeries (P>0.05).(2)The efficiency of Eoectr9-acupuncture analgesic is as high as91.27%, and tocompare according to the rating of the pain P>0.05, has statistical significance.(3)PGE2content in the treatment group decreased comparing with the controlgroup, and according to SPSS analysis P <0.05, meets the statistical significance. Conclusion:(1)EA BL30has significant efficiency for the treatment of the pain after analsurgeries.(2)PGE2has a significant effect in the mechanism of electro-acupuncture BL30analgesic.(3)EA BL30treatment, after anal surgeries, has advantages like easy operation,low-cost，significant efficacy, and natural therapy, can be widely recommended forclinical treatments.
