The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Erxiantang Retention Enema In Treating Premature Ovarian Failure Of Yin And Yang Deifciency Of Kidney Pattern

Purpose: Through to the erxiantang chinese medicine retention enema treatmentpremature ovarian failure kidney deficiency of Yin and Yang type,changes to the clinicalcurative effect of TCM syndrome menstrual recovery and the changes of serum reproductiveendocrine hormone FSH, LH, and E2situation carries on the clinical observation, to explorethe theory and effect, premature ovarian failure provides an effective method for clinicaltreatment.Method:1. Select60patients with premature ovarian failure, all cases are from December2011in December and2012in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospitaloutpatient service of department of gynaecology of patients or treatment area. All cases areincluded in the standard, patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,30cases each, respectively, observed two groups of patient’s age, course of TCMsyndrome integral serum reproductive endocrine hormone FSH、LH、and E2level wereanalyzed.2. Treatment group using Erxiantang chinese medicine retention enema; Control groupadopts Erxiantang chinese medicine oral solution. Two groups of treatment is the same,1months for a period of treatment, continuous treatment3course of treatment. Changes wereobserved before and after treatment of TCM syndrome menstruating situation and changes ofserum reproductive endocrine hormone FSH、LH、and E2, outpatient care after three coursesof treatment. During treatment for security checks, and curative effect observation.Result:①Treatment group and control group in clinical effect of total effective rate wasrespectively86.67%and76.67%. Comprehensive curative effect of two groups of patients after treatmenthad significant difference (P <0.05), suggesting Erxiantang retention enema reduction comprehensivecurative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine oral solution.②TCM syndrome totalintegral of the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly decreased,compared with significant difference between groups after treatment (P<0.05). Two groups themselvesbefore and after treatment of TCM syndrome total score had significant difference (P<0.05). ExplainErxiantang Chinese medicine retention enema and Erxiantang chinese medicine oral solutiontreatment methods can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms, to improve the symptoms of Chinesemedicine, Erxiantang retention enema is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth oforal.③In menstrual recovery, compare the two groups after treatment there was no significant difference (P>0.05), is not comparable.④Rise in treatment group and control group in promoting E2andFSH declined, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05),illustrate Erxiantang Chinese medicine retention enema increase serum E2, reduce FSH isbetter than the control group oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth. In terms of reducing LHvalue, comparison between the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Both groups methods have achieved good curative effect in clinic. Afterclinical observation and comparative analysis found that the treatment group in promotingclinical symptoms improvement aspects of sex hormone secretion is better than the controlgroup.That Erxiantang Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of premature ovarianfailure has exact curative effect and safe and reliable, has certain clinical value.
