Objective: To investigate hypertension syndromes characterized the relationship between blood pressure variability, effective intervention for Chinese medicine to provide entry points for hypertension and theoretical basis. Methods: May2012to March2013period, the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital outpatient and inpatient cardiology80patients with essential hypertension, refer to "Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension guidelines for clinical research"(2002), will be divided into anger Kang Sheng Group, hyperactivity group, group of phlegm dampness, yin and yang group of four groups, including anger, hyperactivity group24cases,18cases of hyperactivity, phlegm dampness group of22cases,16cases yin and yang, and I24-hour ambulatory blood pressure patient monitoring and statistical analysis of blood pressure variability parameters. Results: TCM group DSSD parameter comparison: anger Kang Sheng Group and hyperactivity group was statistically significant (P=0.047), hyperactivity group and phlegm dampness group was statistically significant (P=0.035);Different TCM group NSSD parameter comparison: anger Kang Sheng Group and the yin and yang and yin group compared with statistical significance (P=0.031, P=0.047); Different TCM group24hDBP parameter comparison: anger and yin and yang hyperactivity group was statistically significant group (P=0.024), hyperactivity group compared with the yin and yang are statistically significant (P=0.003), phlegm dampness group and the yin and yang group were statistically significant (P=0.002);Different TCM group DDBP parameter comparison:anger group and yin and yang hyperactivity group was statistically significant (P=0.014), hyperactivity group compared with the yin and yang are statistically significant (P=0.003), phlegm dampness group and the yin and yang group were statistically significant (P=0.001);Different TCM group NDBP parameter comparison: anger and yin and yang hyperactivity group was statistically significant group (P=0.039), phlegm dampness group compared with the yin and yang are statistically significant (P=0.002),I parameters between the groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Hypertension Syndrome characteristics and blood pressure variability has some relevance, hypertension ambulatory blood pressure monitoring blood pressure variability characteristic clinical study in patients with hypertension medication has certain guiding significance, but this correlation rules not yet clear, we need in-depth study and discussion in order to make full use of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is an effective means to further improve the quality of Chinese medicine antihypertensive play target organ protection characteristics and advantages.
