Study On Regulation Effect Of Electro-acupuncture On Acupoints Combinations In Rats Gastric Motility With Different States

Objective:With normal rats and abnormal gastric motility rats caused by drugs through Intravenous, EA single point "Tianshu","Dachangshu","Qu pool","Shangjuxu", as well as two points compatibility, the formation of "Tianshu with Shangjuxu","Tianshu with Quchi""Tianshu with Dachangshu","Dachangshu with Shangjuxu","Dachangshu with Quchi","Quchi and Shangjuxu", observed EA (stimulation parameters as3mA,2/15Hz) on single point and compatibility group points on intragastric pressure, and to explore the law of acupoints compatibility effect and its main nerve mechanism.Methods:Adult SD rats were selected,to establish inhibited and excited gastric motility model rats(two groups in each model) through intravenous injection M cholinergic receptor angonist ACh,antagonist Atropine and β2adenoreceptor angonist Clenbuterol,antagonist Propranolol,and record intragastric pressure by fixing an balloon into sinus ventriculi,in rat normal physiology state and gastric motility of pathological condition,observing Effects of electro-acupuncture "Tianshu with Shangjuxu","Tianshu with Quchi","Tianshu with Dachangshu","Dachangshu with Shangjuxu","Dachangshu with Quchi","Quchi and Shangjuxu" on intragastric pressure effect.Results:(1)The effects of Tianshu or Dachangshu are all inhibited, but The effects of Quchi or Shangjuxu are all excited.(2)The combined effect of Tianshu or Dachangshu are mainly inhibited, out of25cases in five states of five combinations, the remaining21cases in the acupuncture effects were statistically significant (84%), and all of them showed inhibitory effect of Tianshu or Dachangshu; only "Quchi with Shangjuxu" group of electric needle on gastric motility in physiological and pathological conditions are excited effect. And there are Phenomenon of electro-acupuncture points compatibility group effects appear below the single point; same set points with different gastric motility state performance under different effect sizes; with same gastric motility state, there are different effects when EA different acupoints compatibility.Conclusion:(1)The effects of Tianshu or Dachangshu for gastric motility tend inhibited, but The effects of Quchi or Shangjuxu for gastric motility tend excited. Body status may influence the effects of the amount but not affects the effect of direction;(2) The effects of "Tianshu" or "Dachangshu" advantage in compatibility group, it is antagonistic the excitability of the "Shangjuxu" or the "Quchi" effect,but in the same spinal cord segment dominated by the two points compatibility may create synergies between acupoints the single cavity advantage effect and mutually antagonistic and synergistic phenomenon;(3) the body’s physiological and pathological conditions will affect the effect of acupuncture, also,the choices of acupoints will affect the effect of acupuncture.
