Clinical Observation Of Treating On Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery With The Abdominal Acupuncture

Objective:By observing the efficacy of the abdominal acupuncture method on the treatment of Cervital Spondylotic-Vertebral Ateriopathy (CSA), explore the mechanism of the abdominal acupuncture method of CSA, optimize the program of acupuncture treatment of CSA.Methods:A total of60patients met the inclusion criteria of the study by randomly divided into abdominal acupuncture group (treatment group) and acupuncture group (control group) with30cases in each, respectively, acupuncture therapy. Methods:the treatment group:treated with abdominal acupuncture acupoints recipe in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type:"Yin Qi Gui Yuan" Shangqu, huaroumen. Specific acupoints and method of operation: Zhongwan (deep needling), Qihai (deep needling), Guanyuan (deep needling), Xiawan (deep needling), Shang Qu (double, shallow needling), huaroumen (double, thorn), after routine disinfection of0.30mm*40mm disposable needle, needle0.3-0.5inch,30minutes each time. Zhongwan, Qihai, Guanyuan Xiawan, deep needling (tip in muscle fascia), huaroumen thorn (tip in the fat layer), Shang Qu shallow needling (tip in the skin). Twirling lifting and thrusting line after the gas, every10minutes with the reinforcing-reducing manipulation of needle of a needle,30minutes.1times a day. Control group:acupoints:Cervical Jiaji (carotid2-neck6), Ashi points, Fengchi, Baihui, guan. In addition, Baihui Point, both sides point selection. After routine disinfection,0.30mm*40mm,0.8to1inches of piercing. Twirling lifting and thrusting line after the gas, every10minutes with the reinforcing-reducing manipulation of needle of a needle,30minutes.1times a day. The two groups were treated for5times/week,5times for1courses,4courses of treatment.Before treatment and after treatment of4courses on patients with vertigo, shoulder neck pain, headache and other symptoms scale score record. Clinical curative effect of treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of abdominal acupuncture therapy.Results:(1) After four courses of treatment, abdominal acupuncture and routine acupuncture therapy both can significantly improve the CSA patients clinical symptoms (P<0.05);(2) After four courses of treatment, the abdominal acupuncture and routine acupuncture have the same efficacy in improving clinical symptoms of CSA (P>0.05); Abdominal acupuncture is superior to routine acupuncture to improve the vertigo symptoms of CSA (P<0.05), However, for the improvement of neck and shoulder pain symptoms, routine acupuncture is superior to abdominal acupuncture (p<0.01).(3) After four courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were83.33%and79.31%respectively.After statistical analysis, the two methods have the same total efficiency (P>0.05).(4) The two groups were no adverse reaction.Conclusions:(1) Abdominal acupuncture and normal acupuncture is an effective method for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.(2) Abdominal acupuncture in improving vertigo symptoms of CSA is superior to the routine acupuncture therapy.(3) Conventional acupuncture in improving the neck shoulder pain symptoms due to abdominal acupuncture.(4) Clinical application, according to the patient’s symptoms selection advantage therapy.(vertigo symptoms or with abdominal acupuncture, neck pain significantly by the routine acupuncture)...
