Objective:To investigate the Yiqi Huayu treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients.Methods:differentiated thyroid cancer after surgery, TCM syndrome meets Qi deficiency and Blood stasis30patients, divided into a treatment group and a control group of15patients using a randomized, controlled method. The control group using the basic treatment. While the basic treatment, the treatment group with Yiqi Huayu Decoction, one day, sooner or later, blunt.2months before treatment, after treatment record Karnofsky score, TCM clinical symptom score, check serum free triiodo thyronine (FT3), serum free thyroxine (FT4), serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), thyroid ball protein (TG), peripheral white blood cell count (WBC), hemoglobin (Hb).Results:after2months of treatment, both groups increased FT3, FT4, inhibition of TSH significant difference (P<0.05), before and after treatment, TG treatment, no significant difference before and after; treatment group changes in thyroid function slightly larger than the control group, but no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between groups; treatment group after treatment at elevated the WBC, HB significantly better than the control group (P<0.01); Karnofsky compare and TCM symptoms The improvement in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The clinical observation of the the Yiqi Huayu for differentiated thyroid cancer, the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome have a certain effect, could significantly improve patients’ symptoms, improve quality of life after surgery.
