Clinical nursing teachers play multiple roles such as nursing caregivers,educators, managers and so on. The excessive role pressure made them declinein the level of mental health, and had a direct impact on the clinical nursingteaching quality and clinical care level. The problem increasingly attractedextensive attention from scholars. U.S. nursing scholars Mobily developedclinical nursing teachers role stress scale for participating in a clinical nursingteaching school full-time teachers in1988. Revised the scaleentry by expert advice.ResultsForm the Chinese version of clinical nursing teachers Role Stress Scalewhich in line with domestic status quo of clinical nursing teaching.Part ⅡObjectiveTo take a Reliability and validity test of the Chinese version of clinicalnursing teachers role Stress Scale, and to give the tools to similar studies in thefuture.MethodsHad pre-tests to a total of100clinical nursing teachers from2Grade twoand Grade three hospitals in this city. And survey data is tested using internalconsistency analysis, test-retest reliability and split-half reliability scalereliability test. Assessed scale validity using content validity, construct validity,standard-related validity and discriminant validity.ResultsChinese clinical nursing teachers role stress scale Cronbach’a coefficient0.844, test-retest coefficient r>0.850, split-half reliability R=0.955, the entryscore an dimension between the total score coefficient r>0.4, to verify thereliability and validity in China after and widely used role of Sun Zhuanzongversion Stress Questionnaire as a criterion, discriminant validity analysis of twosamples of each index differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).ConclusionThe scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used for theevaluation of clinical nursing role stress.part ⅢObjectiveTo describe the status and analyze the impact factors of clinical nursingteachers role stress by initial application of the Chinese version of the role of clinical nursing teachers Stress Scale.MethodsConducted a questionnaire survey of480clinical nursing teachers from8teaching hospital of Shandong, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shanxi, by usingChinese clinical nursing teachers’ role stress scale as a research tool andconvenience sampling method. Questionnaire survey data were made statisticalanalysis by SPSS17.0. Described the present situation and analyze theinfluencing factors of clinical nursing teachers role stress.ResultsThe results of the test of clinical nursing teachers with moderate role stress51.6%, which accounted for16.7%of high pressure. The interest in the nursingprofession, the department, the proportion of family responsibilities, clinicalnursing teachers’ seniority, title, degree, whether issued by the school syllabusor clinical teaching of manual pressure are the main factors of the role of theclinical nursing teachers. Interest in the nursing profession, whether the degree,clinical nursing teachers’ years, the proportion of family responsibilities,whether issued by the school syllabus or clinical teaching of manual five factorswere as important predictor variables of clinical nursing teachers role stress.ConclusionChinese clinical nursing teachers role stress scale structure more scientificand reasonable, and had good practicality and feasibility assessment tools,which is appropriate role stress of clinical nursing teachers and has a higherpredictive value.
