Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Idiopathic Hyperprolactinemia Infertility By Chinese Medicine Combined With Bromocriptine

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of idiopathic hyperprolactinemia infertility by Chinese medicine combined with bromocriptine.Methods Randomly divide the80patients diagnosed with idiopathic hyperprolactinemia infertility into two groups, control group with bromocriptine alone and experimental group with Chinese medicine combined bromocriptine. Compare the improvement of the clinical symptoms and the follicular development in the two groups.Collect the data of ovulation and pregnancy rate. Follow up the serum prolactin level and pregnancy outcomes after stopping and assess the recurrences.Results The experimental group’s follicular development is good.Its ovulation rate is72.5%,pregnancy rate is60%and recurrence rate is10%.The control group’s follicular development is bad.Its ovulation rate is27%,pregnancy rate is20%and recurrence rate is35%.The difference of the two groups has statistical significance (p<0.5) without miscarriage,premature delivery and fetal malformations.Conclusions The treatment of idiopathic hyperprolactinemia infertility by Chinese medicine combined with bromocriptine has the characteristics of fine clinical efficacy, small side effect,high ovulation and pregnancy rate, low recurrence and better pregnancy outcomes.
