Objective:1. The expression of COX-2protein was studyed in normal endometrial tissue、atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissue and human endometrial adenocarcinomatissue,and discuss the expression and clinical significance of human endometrialadenocarcinoma.2. The expression of MMP-2protein was studyed in normal endometrial tissue、atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissue and human endometrial adenocarcinomatissue,and discuss the expression and clinical significance of human endometrialadenocarcinoma.3. Analye the correlation between the two proteins expression in human endo-metrial adenocarcinoma.4. Explore the relationship between both the expression and the prognosis ofpatients..Methods:1. A immunohistochemical method of ElivisionTMplus was used to detected theexpression of COX-2and MMP-2protein in20cases of normal endometrial tissue、30cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissue and50cases of endometrial aden-ocarcinoma tissue.2. Analyze the expression of COX-2、MMP-2with endometrial adenocarcinomaclinical and path-ological features of significance.3. Spearman correlation test analysis both in endometrial adenocarcinoma.Results:1. In normal endometrial tissue and atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissue andendometrial adenocarcinoma tissue, the positive expression rates of COX-2proteinwere35.0%,53.3%and86.0%respectively. The positive expression rate of COX-2protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue was higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.01), the expression of COX-2was related to the surgical-pathologicalstage, the depth of myometrial invasion,the histologic grade,vascular invasion andlymph node metastasis.2. In normal endometrial tissue and atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissue andendometrial adenocarcinoma tissue, the positive expression rates of MMP-2proteinwere40.0%,63.3%and82.0%respectively. The positive expression rate of MMP-2protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue was higher than that in the normalendometrial tissue group(P<0.01),the expression of MMP-2was related to thevascular invasion,the histologic grade,the surgical-pathological stage and lymphnode metastasis.3. Expression of both proteins in endometrial adenocarcinoma was positivelycorrelated(r=0.711,P=0.000).4. No significant correlation between the expression of the3-year survival of thepatients born.Conclusions:1. COX-2was highly expressed in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue,theexpression of COX-2was related to the surgical-pathological stage,the depth ofmyometrial invasion, the histologic grade, vascular invasion and lymph nodemetastasis,and it has a certain relationship with the occurrence and development ofendometrial cancer.2. MMP-2was highly expressed in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue,theexpression of MMP-2was related to the surgical-pathological stage,the histologicgrade,vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis.and it has a certain relationshipwith the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.3. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of them inendometrial adenocarcinoma tissue.And two factors may exist synergistic effect in theprogress of endometrial adenocarcinoma.4. Both expression of endometrial adenocarcinoma prognosis poor has nothingto do.
