| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiao xin yin treatment for diabeticcardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients. Methods: Diabetic cardiac autonomicneuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and controlgroups with50patients each. Both groups were given basic treatment of diet control andtaking Glucophage. The experimental group was added to be treated with Tiao xin yinwhile the control group was treated with Methycobal for two-month continuous medication.The changes on clinical symptoms, blood lipids, blood glucose and heart rate variabilitywere observed before and after treatment so as to compare the efficacy of two groups.Results: After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was82%while thecontrol group was64%, the difference between two groups was significant (P＜0.05);theexperimental group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptomsand HRV indicators (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Tiao xin yin treatment has significant effecton diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy and can improve heart rate variability indicatorsof patients. |
