Study On The Distribution Of Common Syndromes Of Hypertension Carotid Atherosclerosis、in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To investigate the general situation, through questionnaires on carotidatherosclerosis in hypertensive patients with symptoms, signs, carotid artery ultrasoundindex and laboratory index of the preliminary study, syndrome characteristics of carotidatherosclerosis in hypertensive patients, lay the foundation treatment of atheroscleroticcarotid atherosclerosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:196patients were collected, divided into hypertension group(121cases)and hypertensive group(75cases). The general information of two groups of patients(gender, age, body mass index, smoking, drinking, eating habits, snoring etc.),comparison of physicochemical indexes, blood pressure index between groups, analysis ofrisk factors of carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients. In hypertensive patients withcarotid atherosclerosis, collect the clinical symptoms, signs in differentiation of symptomsand signs, as the two categorical variables, will appear factor assignment is "1", do notappear set to "0", using the method of two-step clustering in SPSS17.0software forstatistical analysis, explore the distribution rules of syndrome.Results: High-salt, snoring, increased pulse pressure and the incidence of carotidatherosclerosis in hypertensive patients is closely related (P<0.05). Carotid atherosclerosissyndromes of hypertension of two step clustering results are divided into two categories:the first category (70cases) the main symptoms were slippery pulse, wiry pulse, dark redtongue, yellow tongue coating, greasy tongue coating, lassitude, head be darkened, poorsleep; the second category (51cases) the main symptoms were pulse acerbity, hot flashes,the tongue body is thin, fine pulse, deep pulse, red tongue, night sweats, stool sticky,tinnitus, loose stools thin, dry eyes, thin tongue.Conclusion: High-salt, snoring, increased pulse pressure as risk factors of carotidatherosclerosis in hypertensive patients; heat, phlegm and blood stasis, deficiency of Yin,the main pathological factors of carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients, the mutual influence and promote, contributes to the pathogenesis of carotid atherosclerosis inhypertensive patients, the type of syndrome mainly for phlegm heat syndrome and yindeficiency and blood stasis.
