| Objective:The purpose of this research is to use modern scientific methods, toexplain the habits and rules of drugs by Cao Zhiqun (The First Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) treating abdominal pain, toexplore the characteristics of medicine, increase the pertinence, improve the clinicalefficacy of clinical symptomatic medication with the statistical results.Methods:This paper analyzes236cases of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the treatment ofabdominal pain, by frequency analysis, Varclus analysis, Logistic regression analysis andother statistical methods.Results:(1)In the traditional Chinese medicine treating abdominal pain, the highestnumber is Baizhu, a total of182times,77.12%times the frequency;the least one isJinlingzi, Chuanxiong, etc, for41drugs, only1times, the frequency of0.85%;(2)Thehigh frequency of medication is divided into11categories by varclus clusteringanalysis;(3)Analysis of the type of symptoms frequency,the highest one isZhongxuzanghan, the least one is Yinshijizhi.(4)Chaobaizhu, Yimi, Dangshen, Jiaozha,Hongteng,Huanglian, Sharen, Cheqianzi, Muxiang, Roudoukou and Buguzhi are incommon use in Hanxieneizu type of syndromeï¼›Yimi,Huangqi, Chaobaizhu, Jiaozha,Dangshen and Baijiangcao are in common use in Shireyongzhi type of syndrome;Dangshen, Baizhu and Huanglian are in common use in Yinshijizhi type of syndrome;Dangshen, Chaobaizhu, Huanglian and Baishao are in common use in Ganyuqizhi type ofsyndrome; Huangqi, Chaobaizhu, Yimi, Huanglian, Danggui,Paojiang, Dangshen and Muxiang are in common use in Yuxueneiting type of syndrome;Dangshen,Chaobaizhu,Lianzirou, Huanglian, Buguzhi, Roudoukou, Jiaozha and Muxiang are incommon use in Zhongxuzanghan type of syndrome.Conclusion:Professor Cao Zhiqun common tonic, in the treatment of abdominalpain in Qi medicine, antipyretic, astringent medicine, Xiaoshi drugs, according to thedifferent type of syndrome to invigorate the circulation of blood, warming Yang,nourishing yin drugs. Gorgon and psyllium, Poria, agrimony and ginger, nutmeg and theChinese medicine group used more. |
