The Affect Of Energy Metabolism In Rats And Analysis Of Primary Materials With The Pepper And Lithospermum

Objective: To measure protein, carbohydrate, and fat content of Pepper andLithospermum, and analysis the relationships between three newborn substances and chillsand fever herbal using the method of mathematical statistics, the indicators of energymetabolism in normal rats were analyzed, its trends, characteristics and laws weresummarized, to explore the relationship between the pepper and Lithospermum of thenewborn substances energy metabolism indicators in rat, and reveal the intrinsically linkedof the pepper and Lithospermum with chills and fever drug properties, and to lay thefoundation for better clinical treatment.Methods: Determination of Reference comfrey, protein, amino acids, totalpolysaccharides, simple sugars, total fat content of the pepper and Lithospermum weredetected and substituting the corresponding discriminate function discriminateLithospermum, pepper, cold and heat potency; The general and body temperature etc ofWistar rats were given pepper and Lithospermum were observed, T3, T4, TSH, TRH inplasma were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the activity of ATPaseand SDH in liver were analyzed using measuring kit respectively.Results: the cold and heat potency of the pepper and Lithospermum calculated bydiscriminate function was correct; temperature, toe temperature,plasma T3, T4, TRHlevels of rats were significantly increased by Pepper and improved the vitality of theATPase, SDH; while temperature, toe temperature,plasma T3, T4, TRH levels of rats weresignificantly reduced by Lithospermum and made the vitality of the ATPase, SDHConclusion: The use of discriminate function of Fisher established based newbornsubstances, pepper, Lithospermum cold and heat potency has a better ability to identify, pepper can increase the body’s energy reserves, improve the body’s energy metabolism; theLithospermum can reduce the body’s energy reserves, reduce body energy metabolism.
