| ObjectiveBy investigating the influence of Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions and exercises on the energy metabolism of skeletal muscle and movement ability to discuss the effect that Chinese medicine enhance erergy metabolism and movement ability of the body. It can provide some scientice theoy basis on sport training and enhanceing movement ability.it also can provide some scientice theoy basis on using the Chinese medicine about energy metabolism.Method112 male wister big mouse were randomly selected and divided into group A (peaceful group), group B (movement group), group C (peacefully fortifies yang group) and group D (movement fortifies yang group). After B and D group were trained for 8 weeks, Group C and D were filled with the compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions every day. Eight weeks later, each group was randomly divided into 4 subunits, namely: The peaceful group, the quota load group, the instantly exhausting group and the renewing group. Exhausting time was recorded. glycogen content,HK activity, SDH activity,LDH activity MDH activity , of the cardiac muscle organisms from bodies executed at the corresponding. The time were all determined. All data was handled with T examination by SPSS10.0 software. The significance reached is P<0.05.Result3.1 the peaceful condition, the glycogen content, group D is obviously higher than group A,B,C(P<0.01) ;LDH activity, group B,C,D higher than group A (P<0.05) , groupB litter higher than C (P>0.05) ;HK activity, group D is higher than other groups (P<0.05) , group B litter higher than A (P>0.05) ; SDH activity,there is no difference in groups; MDH activity, D is obviously higher than group A(P<0.01), higher than group B and C(P<0.05).there are no no difference between group B and C( P>0.05 ),but both B and C higher than group A( P<0.05 ). 3.2 the quota load condition, the glycogen content and LDH activity are similar to the peaceful condition; HK activity,group D,B is higher than group A (P<0.05), there are no no difference between group B and C (P>0.05) ;SDH activity, group A higher than other groups (P<0.05) , there are no no difference in group B,C,D ;MDH activity, group D is obviously higher than groupA (P<0.01) , there are no no difference between group B and C (P>0.05) , group B is higher than A(P<0.05) , group C is higher than A (P<0.05) .3.3 After exhausting instantly, group D is obviously higher than group A (P<0.01) ,little higher than group B,the latter obviously higher than group A(P<0.01) ,higher than C (P<0.05) ;LDH and SDH activity, are similar to the peaceful condition; HK activity,group D is little higher than other groups but there are no difference (P>0.05 ) ; MDH activity, group D is higher than groupA(P<0.05) , there are no no difference between group B and C (P>0.05) , group B higher than A (P<0.05) , group C higher than A (P<0.05) .3.4 The renewing group after restoring for 12 hours, the glycogen content, group D is obviously higher than group A (P<0.01),higher than group B and C(P<0.05) , group B higher than C (P<0.05 ) ,group A lower than group B and C(P<0.05) ;LDH activity is slmiler to the peaceful condition ; HK activity, groupD is obviously higher than group A( P<0.01), group C is higher than A( P<0.05 );SDH activity, group D is obviously lower than group A ,B(P<0.01), group A ishigher than C (P<0.05) ; MDH activity, there are no no difference in groups(P>0.05) .3.5 Compared with other three groups of exhausting, group D showed significant difference in exhausting time, group A showed significant difference (P<0.05) compared with group B and C, when compared with group C, group A showed larger significance.Conclusion4.1 Both compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptionsand training combined sturdy-positive-medicine can promote the the glycogen content,lower its exhausting time,enhance movement ability4.2 Both compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions and training combined sturdy-positive-medicine can promote the activity of the LDH and HK in the peaceful condition and lower its decline in the movement.that prove the Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions can promote the anaerobic metabolism ability of the body .4.3 Both compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions and training combined sturdy-positive-medicine can not affect the SDH activity but can promote MDH activity in the peaceful condition. lower the increasing of the MDH activity and the decline of the SDH activity in the movement,that prove the Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions can enhance the aerobic metabolism ability of the body , lower the damage and promote the renewing.4.4 Both compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions and training combined sturdy-positive-medicine can promote the recovery of the energy materials and the actvity of HK,MDH and ate.
