Effects Of Dan Hong Injection On Vascular Endothelial Function In Elderly Patients With Diabetes Complicated With Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficiency and safety Dan Hong Injection intreatment of elderly Diabetes complicated with Cerebral Infarction and its effects on bloodcoagulation, endothelial function.Method:60patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided intocontrol group and treatment group, Observe their tongue features. The control group wasgiven Western medicine treatment of stroke of conventional unit. The control group wasgiven conventional Western medicine stroke unit treatment, the treatment group on thebasis of the control group, given by Dan Hong Injection the30ml once-daily treatment for14days. Observe the effect before and after the treatment， including the clinicalefficiency，MSSS,ADL，TCM symptom points, blood coagulation, endothelial function andadverse reactions。Result:1. Elderly patients with type2diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patientswith tongue color statistics: in line with the blood stasis tongue characteristics of51casesof60patients were included in the standard, not the tongue of blood stasis in9cases.2. The two groups were compared the clinical efficacy: treatment group total effectiveness90%; the control group the total efficiency of76.7%, the treatment groupthan the control group（P=0.043）.3. The two groups were compared the efficacy of TCM: the two groups can improvethe syndromes of TCM, the treatment group is superior to（P=0.038）.4. The two groups were compared the MSSS scores: two groups can improve MSSSscores, in the treatment group is better（P=0.038）.5. Comparison of the ADL of two groups of patients: two groups can improve theADL, in the treatment group is better（P=0.034）.6. The effect on the blood coagulative function: the control group had no significanteffect on blood coagulation the treatment group can make the PT, APTT prolonged, Fib,D-dimer decreased than that before treatment, the treatment group than the control group（P=0.000）.7. Effect on endothelial function: the two groups were able to make the ET-1，TXB2was decreased compared with that before treatment,6-keto-PGF1α，NO rise thanbefore treatment, the treatment group than the control group（P=0.000，P=0.032，P=0.000，P=0.030）.8. Safety evaluation: the patients in the treatment group in the course of treatment noadverse reaction occurred.Conclusion: The majority of elderly patients with type2diabetes complicated withcerebral infarction with the tongue of blood stasis. Clinical symptoms by Dan HongInjection can obviously improve the elderly patients with type2diabetes complicated withcerebral infarction; improve NSSS scores, ADL, TCM syndrome score and bloodcoagulation, endothelial function, no adverse reaction. Dan Hong Injection is an ideal drugin treating elderly patients with type2diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction, isworthy of clinical use.
