Objective:To observe the influence of moderate-intensity and low-intensity aerobic exercises on the function of coagulation function in patients suffered with cerebral infarction.Methods:36 patients were averagely divided into moderate-intensity (with 60% VO2max)group (n=12),low-intensity (with 40% VO2max)group(n=12)and control group(n=12). All patients were measured for FIB (fibrinogen), D-D (d-dimer), APTT (activeated partial thromboplasting time),PT (prothrombintime),INR (international normalized ratio) and TT (thrombintime) before and after exercise period. Both moderate-intensity group and low-intensity group did cycle ergometer exercise for 30min. The aerobic exercise duration of the two groups was 6 weeks,3 times a week. Results:No particular difference (P>0.05) were found in all variables among three groups before exercises; there was significant decline (P<0.05) in FIB and D-D of moderate-intensity group after training than before, but APTT, PT, INR and TT were not (P>0.05); there was significant decline (P<0.05) in FIB of low-intensity group after training than before, but D-D, APTT, PT, INR and TT were not(P>0.05); there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in FIB, D-D, APTT, PT, INR and TT of control group after training than before; after exercise, there was significant decline (P<0.05) in FIB and D-D of moderate-intensity group than low-intensity group and control group, but APTT, PT, INR and TT were not (P>0.05); after exercise, there was significant decline (P<0.05) in FIB of low-intensity group than control group, but D-D,APTT, PT, INR and TT were not (P>0.05)Conclusion:Moderate-intensity and low-intensity aerobic exercises can make a positive influence to the function of coagulation system in patients suffered with cerebral infarction. And, moderate-intensity aerobic training is more effective than low-intensity aerobic training in adjusting the function of coagulation system in patients suffered with cerebral infarction.
