A Survey Of Psychological Nursing Knowledge, Attitudes And Practice Among Clinical Nurses In Jinan

Objective：This project aims to develop psychological nursing clinical nurses KAPassessment tools,to investigate knowledge,belief and behavior of psychological nursingclinical nurses in Ji’nan City,to know the development of psychological nursing in Ji’nancity,to investigate measures that can improve nurses’knowledge,belief and behavior ofpsychological nursing,and improve the quality of clinical psychological nursing.Methods：In the guidance of psychometric theory, clinical nurses in Ji’nan city as theresearch object,through literature review,expert evaluation and clinical test,formatingpsychological nursing clinical nurses’ KAP scale;a questionnaire survey was conductedamong410nurses in4hospitals in Ji’nan,statistical analysis was performed by usingSPSS16.0software,then we tested the reliability,validity of the scale,and analyzepsychological nursing of clinical nurses’ KAP status and its influence factors;to enhancepsychological nursing knowledge, to improve psychological nursing attitude and behavior,boost the clinical psychological nursing ability,we hope to put forward the feasiblesuggestion.Results:(1)Through item analysis,expert assessment,reliability,validity,confirmingthat the psychological nursing of clinical nurses’ KAP scale has good reliability andvalidity,I-CVI is equal to0.925,S-CVI/UA is equal to0.913,Karen Bach coefficient andtest-retest reliability are greater than0.7.(2)The development of psychological nursing ofclinical nurses’ KAP are different in different age,working hours,educational background,hospital level,general hospital/special hospital,traditional Chinese medical hospital/westhospital,occupation level,contract nurses/arranging nurse(P<0.05).(3)The core of psychological nursing KAP level and the core self-evaluation have significant positivecorrelation(P<0.05).Conclusion: This investigation of the nurses have better psychological nursing beliefs,but the psychological nursing knowledge and nursing behavior should be improved;thenurses’ psychological nursing knowledge,belief and behavior is affected by many factorsincluding age,working hours,educational background,hospital level,general hospital/specialhospital,traditional Chinese medical hospital/west hospital,occupation level,contractnurses/arranging nurse;the way nurses getting psychological nursing knowledge mainlyfrom school,not by on-the-job training opportunities;the main reason that causespsychological nursing implementation difficult is that they lack professional knowledge ofpsychology;The higher of clinical nurses’core self-evaluation,the higher mental nursingKAP level higher.
