With the rapid development of social economy, the social life rhythm is accelerated gradually, the mental pressure increased, emotional disorder leads to disease increases gradually. Chronic gastritis is a common clinical digestive system disease, its incidence and emotional disorders.Purpose:using the modified design of the combination of disease and syndrome of rat models of chronic gastritis, gastric mucosal pathologic morphology of liver-qi stagnation syndrome, serum NO, ET and gastric mucosal cell proliferation, in order to establish chronic gastritis of liver depression syndrome identification and evaluation of the effect of objective index.Methods:comprehensive disease, card of two modeling methods, action and modified, the establishment of chronic gastritis of liver depression syndrome combining disease and syndrome rat model, the establishment of normal group, chronic gastritis, stagnation of Liver-qi group to control, in9weeks,11weeks,13weeks in dynamic observation of rats were recorded characterization, detection of rat serum nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET) changes, HE staining was observed in gastric mucosa tissue morphology, microscopic observation of gastric mucosal inflammation. Using paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical techniques, for each of the groups of gastric mucosa biopsies performed immunohistochemical staining, optical microscope was used to observe the gastric mucosal cell proliferation.Results:chronic gastritis rat with stagnation of the (disease group):weight growth retardation, fluffy coat, dark yellow, eye, eye squint, while taking, simple, stool soft characteristics. Gastric mucosal pathology:pale with mucosa, gastric folds flat, less flexible, less mucus, mucosal bleeding features such as serum NO, ET levels. Chronic gastritis rat model of liver-depression syndrome characterization, gastric mucosa pathological manifestations and serum NO, ET similar changing tendency. Gastric mucosa in a multicellular excessive cell proliferation. Diseases of serum NO, ET, cell proliferation index were greater than gastritis group, liver depression group and normal group (P<0.05); and with the same group in a period of time has significant difference, prompting disease group of each index dynamic change trend.Conclusion:(1) using the ammonia water and bound barrel combination method, the single factor, time effect of rat eating activities, establishment of chronic gastritis in rat with stagnation of the model is consistent with the expected, molding method.(2) chronic gastritis of liver depression syndrome rat model representation and Gastric Mucosal pathological changes trend is the same, can reflect the severity of changes; chronic gastritis in liver depression factors under the influence of gastric mucosa pathological manifestations of depression significantly heavier, pure modeling group later also appeared in gastric mucosa pathological manifestations of depression, prompting factors and chronic gastritis in correlation.(3) chronic gastritis of liver depression syndrome model rats serum NO, ET changes may be involved in the chronic gastritis of liver depression syndrome of gastric mucosa pathological changes mechanism.(4) chronic gastritis gastric mucosa of stagnation of liver pathological changes and cell proliferation related to excessive. |
