Objective: To investigate the spring of patients with cough Chinese medicinesyndrome characteristics and evolution.Methods: Through comprehensive research and analysis of relevant research data,filter out the spring cough common clinical symptoms and tongue and pulse, thepreparation of targeted outpatient clinical case report forms, clinical investigation andSyndromes of outpatient Spring cough patients.Results:1. preliminary summary of the characteristics of the spring core symptoms ofcough and the surrounding symptoms, and summed up to Feng Xie Fanfei for the coresyndromes, the remaining5basic syndromes (cold pathogen invasion of the lung, the heatevil retention in the lung, anger Fanfei,Yin depletion, lung deficiency) with each other andsee syndrome evolution.2. The observed results show that Spring cough frequency ofoccurrence of the common symptoms and preliminary reveals Spring cough certificateSyndrome Distribution.Conclusion：The Feng Xie Fanfei is cough in the spring core syndrome Feng XieFanfei, the lung failure Xuan Su Spring cough pathogenesis, the prompts the Shufengshould spring cough conquer.
