Clinical Study Of Yishen Paidu Granules In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Azotemia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishen Paidu granule in thetreatment of diabetic nephropathy azotemia, and to explore its mechanism of action.Method: Sixty cases of DN azotemia patients meeting the standard, were divided into2groups by the methods of randomization，30cases in treatment group,30cases in thecontrol group. The treatment group added profit on the basis of conventional WesternMedicine.The treatment group treated with yishenpaidu granule on the basis ofconventional western medicine, the control group plus niaoduqing granule,treatment forone month.Before and after treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,laboratory related indicators of change were observed, and the statistical analysis wascompared.Results：After one month of therapy, the statistical analysis, the total effective rate oftreatment group was80%, the total effective rate of control group was63.3%,there wassignificant difference between the two (P<0.05).In the treatment group,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen, endogenous creatinine clearance rate,24hours urinary protein, bloodsugar and other laboratory quantitative indexes than before treatment significantlyimproved(P<0.05), there was statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Paidu granule can obviously reduce the patients of diabeticnephropathy azotemia in serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen,24hours urinary protein,improve the endogenous creatinine clearance rate, at the same time can reduce the bloodsugar, adjusting blood fat, blood rheology, protect the kidney. The efficacy is obviously better than niaoduqing granule group.The treatment group can significantly improve thepatients’ clinical symptoms, delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy.
