The Clinical Study Of Yishen Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of The Diabetic Nephropathy(Qi-yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage IV(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and provide effective clinical ideas and practical experience for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Sixty patients with stage IV qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy were enrolled in the Department of Nephrology,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by statistical random number table.The patients in both groups were treated with conventional treatments for diabetic nephropathy such as hypoglycemic,hypotensive,and lipid-lowering.The control group was given losartan potassium tablets on this basis.The treatment group was given Yishen Huoxue Recipe combined with losartan potassium tablets..After 8weeks of treatment,the 24 h urine protein quantification,serum albumin,liver and kidney function,blood routine,etc.were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets were determined.Results:(1)Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups: After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was clinically effective in 10 cases,effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 1 case,and the total effective rate was 96.6%;the control group was clinically effective in 4 cases,effective in 20 cases,ineffective 6 For example,the total effective rate is 80%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes and TCM syndromes: The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The difference between the two groups was significant after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.01);the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.01),and thedifference was statistically significant;the treatment group improved the TCM syndrome symptoms and the medical effect was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of curative effect indexes between the two groups: the 24-hour urine protein quantity(24h-Upro)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(p<0.05);serum albumin(ALB)in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.05).The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(p<0.05).(4)Comparison of safety indicators between the two groups: blood creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),fasting blood glucose(FBG),bloody stool routine,etc.before and after treatment There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The two groups did not complain of adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage IV(qi and yin deficiency blood stasis syndrome)has obvious curative effect,can significantly reduce urine protein,increase serum albumin,improve TCM syndrome,improve quality of life Yes,delay the development of the disease.(2)There were no significant changes in Scr,BUN,ALT,blood routine and other indicators after treatment in the two groups,indicating that Yishen Huoxue Recipe combined with losartan potassium tablets did not affect liver and kidney function,and the clinical application was safe and non-toxic.
