Objective： observe clinical curative effect of jiangtangjieyuanshen decoctionthrough clinical contrast in type2diabetes patients comply with ganyuqizhizheng.research the jiangtangjieyuanshen decoction’s function to the patients’ fastingplasma glucose,postprandial blood glucose,GHbA1c,insulin resistance index.Method:Selected patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group andthe control group. Don’t interfere with Western medicine treatment of all patients,Chinesetraditional medicine group combined with jiangtangjieyuanshen decoction.Observationperiod of treatment for12weeks.Observation purpose contain fasting blood glucose,Plasma glucose after mealfor2hour,Fasting insulin,insulin resistance index glycosylatedhemoglobin.Results：Compared to control group，the HAMD score after treatment had asignificant decrease in chinese medicine group（P＜0.05），TCM score after treatment had asignificant decrease in chinese medicine group（P＜0.05），The fasting blood glucose，plasma glucose after meal for2hour，glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment had asignificant decrease in chinese medicine group（P＜0.05），Fasting insulin,insulin resistanceindex after treatment had a significant decrease in chinese medicine group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：to type2diabetes patients belong to traditional chinese medicinesyndrome of ganyuqizhi, jiangtangjieyu decoction Obviously lighten symptoms andreduced fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulinresistance index index.
