Objective: To study the infrared thermographic evaluation means of skeletal muscle fatigue ofTaekwondo athletes.Methods: The body surface temperature on the chest and abdomen Taekwondo athletes on thebody of the infrared thermal imaging technology for monitoring, temperature changes observedsurface; Determination of creatine kinase by Backman automatic biochemical analyzer (CK)index, using biological engineering technology company agent detection in Beijing; using theRPE scale of self feeling of fatigue test.They do not drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages, andensure adequate sleep; each test in the same time to perform daily (±30minutes), in order toreduce the influence of biological rhythm; the testing laboratory temperature is24±2℃andthe humidity50±10, which remain relatively constant. In training days, respectively, subjectsstart training at9:00AM and complete2hours of training while they also start training at2:00PM and complete2hours of training. The training in the morning requires the lowest heartrate of130beats per min, and maintains for more than30minutes. The time of ending is11:00AM; The training in the afternoon requires the lowest heart rate of170beats per min, andkeeps more than30minutes. The time of ending is4:00PM.Results: Parts of sports in the sports injury of1athletes, increased fatigue, can indirectly reflectthe athletes.2, the surface temperature and creatine kinase (CK), heart rate, self feeling of fatigue(RPE) has good uniformity, the surface temperature can be used instead of creatine kinase (CK),heart rate, self feeling of fatigue (RPE), the infrared thermal imaging technology can accuratelyassess fatigue.Conclusion: the infrared thermal imager can accurately identify and analyze the condition ofathletes’ injury and fatigue; the surface temperature of athletes and (CK) have certain correlation;surface temperature of athletes and the feeling of fatigue (RPE) have a certain correlation;surface temperature of athletes and heart rate have correlations; the injury area of athletes hasrised obviously, indirectly reflecting the athletes’ fatigue state.Suggestion: infrared thermal imager can accurately identify and analyze the athletes injury andfatigue state, which does not affect the competition and training so that it can be used as animportant means of monitoring the fatigue of athletes, so as to provide reference for theformulation of training programs.
