Analysis Influence Factors Of High Levels Creatine Kinase And Muscle Symptom In DTC Patients Withdrawal L-T4 Undergoing Thyroidectomy

Objective:To investigate the influence factors of high level of Creatine Kinase(CK)relationship with muscle symptom in differentiation thyroid carcinoma(DTC) after thyroidectomy and withdrawal L-T4. Methods: Enrolled 145 patients with differentiation thyroid carcinoma who were admitted into the Department of nuclear medicine the Affiliated tumor Hospital of Xinjiang medical university undergoing thyroidectomy from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015. Using the spearman correlation analysis correlation between VAS and CK levels during withdrawal L-T4 3 days and 3 weeks. According to the ck groups and muscle symptom groups withdrawal L-T4 3 days and 3 weeks, analyze the relationship between ck groups, muscle symptom groups and BMI, age,sex,FT3,FT4,TSH,and physical activity,multivariate Logistic regression methods and ROC curve were used to search the best threshold between abnormal and normal CK group.Results:The VAS of muscle and CK levels was spearman correlation r==0.563,p<0.001.Withdrawal L-T4 3 weeks physical activity, serum FT4, FT3, TSH levels were both the influence factor of muscle symptom.In univariate analysis,sex,physical activity, serum FT4, FT3, TSH levels(p<0.05). Serum FT3 was independent factor which influenced the CK level. B:-0.970,OR:0.379( 95%CI 0.163-0.880).FT3 was significantly different between the two groups(P=0.000).Area under the ROC curve was 0.722(95% CI0.639-0.805),optical cut-off vaule off Is 1.266 pmol / L..Conclusion: VAS of muscle was positively correlated with CK levels in DTC patients withdrawal L-T4 3 weeks. Through reduce physical activity and check the chemical of thyroid can reduce muscle symptoms,serum FT3 levels higher than 1.266 pmol / L can reduce CK level in DTC patienswithdrawal L-T4 3weeks.
