The Infectious Disease Prevalence And Control In Gansu During The Period Of The Republic Of China

During the period of the Republic of China in Gansu,the wars, natural disastersresulted in frequently wide spreading pestilences with big scale,various kinds andserious implications,which happended in the history of Gansu.Not only didpestilences harm people’s lives and health,and brought social unrest, they alsohampered the development of the political, economy, military,and culture,which was asocial problem that government had to deal with.This paper discusses the prevalence of infectious diseases and the preventiontreatment of the problem, introduces the popular types and situation of infectiousdiseases, analyzes the infectious disease epidemic characteristics and the reasons atthe time, think that the popularity of infectious diseases in Gansu during the period ofthe republic of China has epidemic year pfeiffer and seasonal frequency, high deathrate, and a variety of infectious diseases and epidemic diseases interact concurrentlythree big characteristics. And frequent natural disasters and years of war, economicdislocation, and traffic inconvenience, poor health consciousness and customssuperstition is the leading cause of infectious diseases. Of Gansu, the article alsodescribes the period of the republic of China established from epidemic reportingsystem, training technicians and all kinds of vaccine, developing health propagandaactivities, in order to strengthen the management of environmental health andepidemic prevention treatment measures taken in five aspects, and these measures aremainly concentrated in the Nanjing national government; Analysis on theachievements of infectious disease prevention and restricting factors, think throughthe prevention and control of infectious diseases during the period of the republic ofChina promoted the development of the cause of the higher medical education inGansu, the basic established from provincial level to the local level health institutions,people’s consciousness of epidemic prevention have obvious improve, promote, butbecause of the lack of talents, backward economy, factors such as financial difficulties,restricted the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Gansu during the periodof the republic of China.
