Abstract:In the term of republic of China,because of the nation war and warlords struggles disrupt the social order and affect the effective implementation of various policy, bring great harm to society, so political is instability in republic of China, Sichuan.Natural disasters occur almost year after year in republic of China, Sichuan. Various infectious diseases as a secondary disaster by the impact of natural disasters had spread. All level governments of Sichuan responded positively to the epidemic disaster, for example, establishment of epidemic hospitals, investigated the source of infection, took quarantine measures, formation of the medical and epidemic prevention agencies, timely treatment, introduction and inoculation the vaccine as soon as quickly and implementation of the epidemic reporting system. The gentry class, philanthropists, and social groups had donated in order to reduce the epidemic disaster.Government, social organizations and ordinary people of Sichuan who are an integral part of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases had played a positive role in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and implementation of the policy.Ordinary people are the largest group affected by infectious diseases. In the long-term process to struggle with infectious diseases, people had a scientific understanding of the etiology, pathogen and route of transmission of many infectious diseases.In the process of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, medical health of Sichuan had gained development and gradually established health administration system. medical health had stalled by the impact of the current situation, the name and affiliation of epidemic prevention institutions also undergone many changes in the same institution from time to time, for example, a same institution administration ranking changed among section, division and stock from time to time,but the health administration of Sichuan still towards forward and under the control of police and administration.
