| Objective:Through the Yinhu Tuihuang Granule on cholestatic chronic hepatitis B(Damp-heat Yang yellow) clinical treatment, on the recovery of liver function,improve the clinical symptoms and signs and other aspects of the conventionalwestern medicine therapy synergism, objective evaluation of its effectiveness andsafety, to explore its mechanism of action, so its clinical application and resear chand development of new drugs and provide a theoretical basisMethods:①sixty four cases were randomly divided into2groups,each32,one fortreatment and the other for control,observed by double blind method.②the Controlgroup took Potassium Magnesium Aspartate Injection30ml and DiammoniumGlycyrrhizinate150mg in10%glucose500ml by Intravenous infushion1times aday;at the same time taking Succinic acid methionine adenosine enteric-coatedmetformin hydrochloride500mg,2times a day;Taking Entecavir dispersible tablets(Lei Yi De, Suzhou East Swiss pharmaceutical company limited production, theregistered number of approval:the country medicine accurate characterH20100129,0.5mg) each time,1times a day, oral.③theTreatment group took thetraditional chinese herb YinHu Tui Huang particles on the basis of Control group,one dose a day,Am and Pm taken.the course of treatment of the two groups was twomonths.compared The levels of TBil、DBIL、ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、TBA、TC,PCR HBV-DNA quantitative and the changes of clinical syndrome physicalsign.④security tests include blood-routine,urine-routine,stool-routine,kidneyfounction and ECG which were observed before and after treatment and evaluatethe therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:①Comparing the general effect of two groups:31cases in the treatmentgroup,in wich23cases markedly effective,6cases effective,2cases ineffective, the general effective rate was93.33%,30cases in the control group,16cases markedlyeffective,8cases effective,6cases ineffective,the general effective rate was80%.Statistically, the effect of the treatment group was better than the controlgroup, there was significant difference (P<0.05).②The two groups were able toeffectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, and treatment groupjaundice-relieving effect is better than the control group (P<0.05), improvement intwo threatened pain, skin rash, itching, weak, poor appetite symptoms such asabdominal distension, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Two groupsof patients before and after treatment, the total symptom had significantdifference(P<0.05).③After treatment, blood Liver function and cholestatic indexlevel significantly decreased compared with those before treatment. After treatmentthere was a significant difference (P<0.01)；the treatment group after treatmentwithLiver function and cholestatic index levels compared with the control groupwith significant difference (P<0.05).④There were found no obvious adversereaction in the two groups during clinical trials.Detection of blood before and aftertreatment, the stool and renal function were not associated with medicationchange.Follow-up results suggest Yinhu Tuihuang granule in a relatively stablelong-term curative effect.Conclusion:the YinHu Tui Huang particles can obviously reduce the clinicalsymptoms and signs of patients with cholestatic hepatitis(damp-heatYangyellow)in, improve the living quality of patients. The YinHu Tui Huang particlescan obviously improve the cholestatic hepatitis(damp-heat Yang yellow)in patientswith liver function and indexescholestatic index level,are suggestive of liverjaundice.The YinHu Tui Huang particles can enhance the western routine therapyefficacy,make the jaundice disappeared fast, shorten the time ofhospitalization.There is acurative effect that TheYinHu Tui Huang particlescombined with western routine therapy,and safety,is the ideal treatment planoptimization. Clinical trials without the occurrence of serious adverse reactions,illustrate the YinHu Tui Huang particles for treatment of cholestatic hepatitisbelongs to the type of damp heat, is an effective, safe preparation of traditionalChinese medicine. |
