Experimental Study On Flavor Added Gei Xi Gu Na-3Tang Effect Motilin Level After Abdomen Surgery In SD Rat

Aim:evaluate the flavor added Gei xi gu na-3tang effect on motilin in SD rate after abdomen surgery.Method:choose48SD rats randomly divided into4groups:control group, western medicine group, Mongolian medicine group and western Mongolian medicine combined group. Through surgery all rats were establish as intestinal adhesion model. Before suture the sodium hyaluronate is smearing on surgery position of western medicine group and western Mongolian medicine combined group. Flavor added Gei xi gu na-3tang (including crude drug0.14g/ml) was began administrated3days before modeling for10days in Mongolian medicine group and western Mongolian medicine combined group. Observe the gastric bowel peristalsis recovery, bowel sound recovery time and defecation time after modeling.2and7days after modeling the blood serum motilin content is determined. Put rats to death to observe and evaluate the intestinal adhesion of4groups,7days after modeling.Result:western Mongolian medicine combined group gastric bowel peristalsis recovery, bowel sound recovery time and defecation time, blood serum motilin is differ significantly compare with control group (P<0.05). Western Mongolian medicine combined cure method is significantly reduce the intestinal adhesion, the adhesion area is significantly small compare to control group, western medicine group and Mongolian medicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Mongolian medicine flavor added Gei xi gu na-3tang increase motlin level in SD rat after surgery.2. Mongolian medicine flavor added Gei xi gu na-3tang promote gastrointestinal function recovery, effectively prevent intestinal adhesion after surgery.3. Western Mongolian medicine combined cure method is better than only western medicine, only Mongolian medicine cure method on prevent intestinal adhesion after surgery.
