| Objective:To analyze the clinical features, diagnosis methods at the onset and appropriate therapies during the process of pancreatic cancer. Provide basic data and research thinking for further study. Methods:Clinical data of30patients from March2011to February2012were collected. These patients were pathologically diagnosed and their reports analyzed retrospectively including age, sex, clinical features, operation method and post-operation complication et al.Results:The age of onset was mostly>45(93.3%),with a male/female ratio of3:2. The radical resection rate of carcinoma head pancreas and carcinoma body pancreas was 83.3%.The most common initial presentation was abdominal pain(46.7%), followed by jaundice(33.3%).The following post-operation complication was occurred:pancreatic fistula (2cases), pulmonary infection (1case).incision infection(1case) and has no dead case in this group. Conclusion:The clinical feature of pancreatic cancer at the onset is not typical. It’s very difficult to diagnose with low radical resection and high occurrence of post-operation complication. Imaging findings combined with detection of various indicators especially CA19-9can improve early diagnosis rate. Binding pancreaticojejunostomy can reduce the occurrence of pancreatic fistula. |
