Arenaria kansuensis Maxim belongs to Take (Caryo-phyllaceae) DepartmentSandwort, generic egg flap (Areneria kensuensisvarovatipetalatsui), and it is aperennial herbaceous plant pad. Grow at an altitude of3800-5300m Alpine grass matsand the crevice in the alpine zone, located in Kunlun Mountains, Bayan Harmountains and Qilian Mountains, Daban mountain, and is one of the main rawmaterials of many kinds of Tibetan medicine. Arenaria kansuensis Maxim as a veryimportant drug, and edible plants, is being caught more and more researchers attention. There is a close relationship between the Arenaria kansuensis Maxim medical effectand its contain saponins, alkaloids, coumarins, polysaccharide, amino acids and otherfunctional components. In recent years, the reportsed in the literature are studied interms of Arenaria kansuensis Maxim population distribution, chemical composition, pharmacology and application development, while analysis on Arenaria kansuensisMaxim extract and effective components of qualitative and quantitative analysis israrely reported, the study of effective components of extraction of Qinghai Arenariakansuensis Maxim. In this paper, the extraction conditions of Arenaria kansuensisMaxim was studied, the optimum extraction conditions, and the content of the mainactive component were determined.Extraction of polysaccharide, Arenaria kansuensis Maxim in the use of waterbath heating method is found in the experiment, the concentration of ethanol75%,ratio of solid to liquid was1:80, extraction time180min, extraction temperature70℃, the extraction rate of polysaccharide of up to0.38%. Through the analysis ofexperimental data, the concentration of ethanol is the main factor of affecting theextraction of polysaccharide, followed by the ratio of liquid to material, extractiontime, extraction temperature.Through orthogonal test, extraction, using water bath heating method,The resultshow that effects of flavonoids in Arenaria kansuensis Maxim factors: are size is theratio of material to liquid> extraction time> ethanol concentration; The optimumextraction process of flavonoids from the Arenaria kansuensis Maxim is: the optimalextraction process is the ratio of material to liquid is1:20, extraction time60min,85%ethanol concentration, temperature is120℃. The content of total flavonoids in0.93%Arenaria kansuensis Maxim. According to the high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPGE) analysisand the principle of separation of the content of flavonoids, they were measured byconductivity titration method of hesperidin content, the experimental results showthat: the content of hesperidin was0.02048mg L-1, the relative deviation is2.7%,the method using the instrument is simple, the method is simple, with satisfactoryresults this method can be used to analyze the titration, the content of the totalflavonoids from.Using Soxhlet extraction, ether extraction, steam distillation, ultrasonicextraction to extract volatile oil from Qinghai, experiments prove that Arenariakansuensis Maxim, the extraction efficiency of Soxhlet extraction was8mg/g.The content of metal elements in Qinghai Arenaria kansuensis Maxim wasdetermined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the order ofK>Mg>Ca>Zn>Fe>Cu>Mn>Cd, in which the highest content of potassium, magnesium content is higher, followed by calcium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, finally for chromium. When the content of silver and cobalt under the experimentalcondition was not detected. The Qinghai Arenaria kansuensis Maxim were studied by thermogravimetricanalysis, experimental findings, from thermogravimetric curve can be seen, Arenariakansuensis Maxim was pyrolyzed at three stages.
