| Objective: To investigate understanding of ultraviolet harm and the sunscreen and thecognitive knowledge level of protecting skin about people in urumqi regions,anddiscusses the influence factors of facial skin aging condition. Methods: Using CK MC760noninvasive skin tester for measuring their facial skin oil for Each clinic patient to thetertiary hospital dermatology,such as oil, elastic, moisture content and pigment on thesurface of the case, record the results. And they are one-to-one questionnaire survey, toexplore its living habits and differences exposed to the environment.The data wereanalyzed with software SPSS version17.0such as describetive, analysis of variance,multiple linear regression. Results:(1)the knowledge of The risks of uv and knowledgeof preventing bask in: the ratio of knowing the harm of uv light and having the knowledgeof prevented bask in respectively was77.78%and66.66%，the ratio of the uygurwomen of knowing the ultraviolet harm account for50.97%and having the knowledge ofpreventing sunshine account for44.52%， Women of han nationality obviously is higherthan Uighur in the population. History, education, gender, and income factors such as theimpact on the risks of uv is highly significant（P＜0.01）；(2)Greater than the half of thepeople choose occasionally sunscreen and skin care,the ratio of the habit of using protectskin to taste is54.39%and sunscreen use only accounted for20.91%；without skin careconsciousness still accounted for24.09%； facial skin sunscreen and skin care of Uighurwomen are much better than the han nationality.overall skin care consciousness of thatpeople in the region is still weak, sunscreen and skin care measures are stillinsufficient.(3)The influence factor of facial skin aging condition: Age, smoking, oftencontact infrared and negatively correlated with skin elasticity, sunscreen habits, used toprotect skin to taste, often drink red wine and skin elasticity were positivelycorrelated.With actinic disease history, smoking, age is negatively related to the skingrease is secreted.Sunscreen and skin care habits obvirously effect the secretion of skingrease.Atmospheric pollution degree, professional, actinic disease history affect the skinmoisture.With sunscreen habits, often drink red wine, good sleep are positively related to skin moisture.Age, smoking, too much time in the sun, and often contact infrared isnegatively related to the skin moisture. Sleep degree, occupation, smoking, air pollutionaffect skin pigment,Sunscreen habits, skin care habits is negatively related to the skinpigmen,Age, smoking, infrared and contact with actinic disease and skin pigment arerelated.Conclusion:(1)Understanding of ultraviolet rays and prevent bask in skin careknowledge and behavior about Urumqi area people are similar to domestic similarresearch results,which must be further improved (2)It is time to strengthen theunderstanding of people in the region about uv and the knowledge education of skincare,increase dermatology nurses knowledge propaganda to the protection of the skin ofordinary people and correct to prevent bask in the knowledge and behavior,which couldimprove the region population overall cognitive level and the skin conditio.(3)This resultcan also be more targeted to provides reference.for research and development of makeupand sunscreen... |
