| Objective: Discussion and analysis of risk factors for lung surgery lung infection, toexPlore and to reduce the occurrence Probability of Pulmonary infection after lung surgery.Methods: A retrosPective analysis of298cases of lung surgery Patients to select the10risk factors were analyzed by univariate analysis. Results: Lung infection after lungsurgery in patients related with smoking index, preoperative smoking cessation time,whether diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases, surgery time, sugery bleeding volumeand ICU stay time. Conclusion: The risk factors for lung infections; surgery than patientswith lung surgery lung infection in the lungs of patients with post-operative hasindependent of to do with age, smoking index, preoperative smoking cessation whether tomerge diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases and other factors; lung infection inpatients with lung surgery occurred with factors independent of the duration of mechanicalventilation after surgery, and surgical blood loss, operative time and ICU stay time. |
