Efficacy Analysis Of Non-surgical And Surgical Treatment Of Proximal Humeral Fractures

Objective: Compare nonsurgical and surgical treatment in two different ways theclinical curative effect of treatment of proximal humeral fractures, the preliminarydiscussion on the choice of the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods:Retrospective analysis from January2007to January2012treatment of relevant cases,summarize85cases of information collection is complete proximal humeral fractures,respectively adopt nonoperative treatment plaster fixation and surgical treatment jointreplacement and internal fixation of two different methods to treat proximal humeralfractures, non-surgical treatment group45cases (group A); Surgical treatment of40cases(group B). After observing two groups of patients with different treatment methodsshoulder joint activity function and curative effect.Results: Non-surgical treatment andsurgical treatment for two kinds of methods treating proximal humeral fractures in theshoulder joint activity and function and has different curative effect..Olusion: Bynon-surgical treatment group45cases (group A), surgical treatment group40cases (groupB) by two different treatments for patients with proximal humeral fractures comparedclinical observation and follow-up and analysis. We believe that the two methods oftreatment of proximal humeral fractures in the shoulder joint activity and function ingeneral, there is no obvious difference of nonsurgical treatment of proximal humeralfracture part, second part in the shoulder joint activity function and curative effect is betterthan surgery group, surgery treatment of proximal humeral three parts and four partfractures in the shoulder joint activity function and curative effect is better than that ofnon-surgical treatment group.
