Objective:This subject adopts the smoking and intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) copy to establish a rat model of COPD method, the choice of Chinese medicinefor activating blood circulation and Removing Stasis Formula Xuefuzhuyu Decoctionand Department of Traumatology medicine Yunnan Baiyao intervention experiment inrats, changes of1cytokines and serum by morphological changes of lung tissue inrats with gas the tubes were observed before and after the MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF,TGF-β, molecular mechanism of the effect of promoting blood circulation andremoving blood stasis and COPD airway reconstruction on airway remodeling in ratmodel of COPD, research may control mechanism of delaying or improve the COPDairway reconstruction disease process, provide theoretical basis for clinicalapplication of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yunnan Baiyao used for controlling COPDairway reconstruction.Methods:1. We finished the review by looking up domestic and foreign articles.2. rat model of COPD was established by the amount of LPS and methods: repeated smokedcigarette into two endotracheal, successful preparation of rat COPD model.3. drugs by gavage rats, preparation of bronchus and lung tissue staining was observed after therelevant changes in lung tissue of rat tissue around the bronchi and vessels morphological andstatistical analysis; statistical analysis was performed using double antibody sandwich ELISAmethod for detection of cytokines in rat serum MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF, TGF-β1and thecontent of.Results: 1. in the treatment group after drug intervention, arch back scratching nose cough,shortness of breath, reduce, rats and humidity and secretion. Bronchial lung tissuepathology seen in alveolar structure disorder groups after modeling, alveolar wallfracture, alveolar cavity enlarged cystic dilatation, pulmonary bulla formation;alveolar septal enlargement, thickening, edema and inflammatory cells infiltration,bronchial mucosal epithelial cells shedding. Bronchial wall thickness and theincrease of the thickness of bronchial wall collagen fibers (P<0.05), the abovemanifestations were consistent with pathological changes of COPD disease,suggests successful model.2. after the model rats serum cytokines in MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF, TGF-β1weresignificantly higher (P<0.05), suggest that cytokines MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF,TGF-β1disease progression in COPD.3.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, Yunnan Baiyao can inhibit the MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF,TGF-β1levels in serum (P<0.05).4. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yunnan Baiyao on serum cytokines in COPD ratmodel of MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF inhibition effect not obvious difference (P>0.05);Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction drug than Yunnan Baiyao, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction oninhibition of TGF-β1big (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Cytokines MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF, TGF-β1is involved in the pathogenesis ofCOPD airway reconstruction2.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yunnan Baiyao can alleviate bronchial and vascularCOPD model rat peripheral tissue inflammatory cell infiltration, reduce thebronchial wall thickness and bronchial wall thickness of the collagen fibers,suggesting that the two drugs can retard or improve the COPD airwayreconstruction disease process.3. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yunnan Baiyao can retard or improve COPD airwayreconstruction, to intervene in airway remodeling through inhibition of COPD1oncytokines in serum MMP-9, TIMP-1, VEGF, TGF-β1.4.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on inhibition of airway remodeling in the pathogenesis of COPD TGF-β1with Yunnan Baiyao effect.
