Retrospective Analysis Of 120 Cases Of Occult Glomerulonephritis Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Duplex therapy(Solid yuan fangdecoction+Acupoint sticking) in treatment of hidden were retrospectively analyzed the clinical curative effect of glomerulonephritis proteinuria and hematuriaMaterial and method:Using electronic medical record system to collect patients included in the standard,By grouping criteria and time sequence in the observation group and control group in 60 patients, a total of 120 cases.In the two groups were given basic medical treatment,Control group to cultivates the solid yuan fang treatment,Observation group increase acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of this,Two groups of treatment 2 weeks, compare the two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, urine sediment RBC count, the change of urine protein and related indicators,By monitoring the hepatic function, renal function, blood routine, urine routine, and routine, electrocardiogram(ecg) index to evaluate the safety of the duplex treatment.Results: After intervention therapy,disease curative effect of observation group total effectiveness 75.0%,control group in disease curative effect of total effective rate was 72.7%,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Intervention therapy,the TCM syndrome curative effect of observation group total effectiveness 96.7%,control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect of total effective rate was 86.7%,with significant difference(P<0.01). The total integral syndrome after intervention treatment two group were better than the before treatment, with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01); Comparative differences between the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The intervention in two groups after treatment urine sediment RBC count was improved significantly, the difference has significant statistical significance(P<0.01); Observation group urine sediment RBC count than the control group the difference is small, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Observation group after intervention treatment of urine protein quantitative compared with before treatment, with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01); The control group compared with before treatment, urine protein had significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01); Urine protein comparison between the two groups after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Both al therapy after observation group of patients did not appear obvious symptoms, before and after the treatment of hepatic function, renal function, blood routine, urine routine, and routine, electrocardiogram(ecg), there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Duplex therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce urinary sediment RBC count, urine protein levels, has good clinical curative effect, safe and reliable treatment.
