Objective:This paper aims to study the clinical therapeutic effect of neck acupointswith acupuncture treatment of cervical tinnitus, neck point analysis of objective truthwith the advantages and disadvantages of dialectical acupoints, formulate reasonabletreatment scheme, efficient for the treatment of neck tinnitus.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria were randomly selected,60patients weredivided into treatment group and control group,30cases each group. Treatment groupwere treated with cervical acupoints with dialectical acupoint therapy; the control groupused the traditional ordinary acupuncture therapy. Analysis of curative effect after3courses of treatment, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1) cervical acupoints with dialectical acupoints treatment of cervical tinnituswith ordinary acupuncture treatment of cervical tinnitus two groups curative effectstatistics analysis, the effective rate of the treatment group, total effective rate of thecontrol group, there was a significant difference between the total curative effect of thetwo groups after treatment (P<0.05).(2) the treatment group and the control group function integral comparison ofsymptoms: there was a significant difference compared with the group of symptoms offunctional group and control group before and after treatment of integral (P<0.05); thetwo groups after treatment the symptom integral in neck and shoulder pain hadsignificant difference (P<0.05).(3) effect on vertebrobasilar artery and the carotid artery blood flow rate, beforeand after the treatment, TCD and neck Doppler data shows: the treatment group aftertreatment of vertebrobasilar artery Vm value and the external carotid artery Vm valuescompared with those before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05); the controlgroup after treatment of basilar artery Vm value compared with before treatment weresignificantly different, vertebral artery Vm values compared with before treatment, therewas no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: This study shows that neck acupoints with acupuncture treatment ofcervical tinnitus is always more efficient than traditional acupuncture group, neckacupoints with dialectical acupoints group compared with ordinary acupuncture group,can better improve neck tinnitus symptoms and related symptoms. Neck acupointsselection group in improving the mean blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery isbetter than that of traditional acupuncture group. The two groups were compared, theimprovement in the treatment group was more obvious, that neck acupoints withacupuncture treatment of cervical tinnitus dialectical with good effect, worthy ofpromotion.
