ObjectiveEvaluate the effect of rehabilitation therapy to the motor function, daily life ability and the degreeof depression with the young stroke patients. Analyze the related factors of these three aspects. To provide atheoretical basis for promoting the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients with stroke in youth, weStudy the relationship between the rehabilitation curative effect and these related factors.MethodChoose86cases of youth stroke patients according to the order of hospital in October2010toSeptember2012at three third level of hospitals in Kaifeng, then introduce the purpose of this study.Investigating and studying the motor function, daily life ability, depression status after their agreement onadmission, for one month and three months. This study is the survey follow-up study. Using the software of EpiData3.1to establish thedatabase and SPSS11.5to analyze the statistic. Evaluating the Motor function the daily living, depressionof the youth stroke patients. Logistic regression multiple linear regression analysis was used to discuss theinterrelated influence factor of these three. The level of the test was=0.05and P values were two-tailprobability.Result1. The Motor function, the daily living at the three dots of time, depression at being and leavinghospitalized of the youth stroke patients. The Motor function is rising at the three time point, and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Men’s is higher than women’s (P<0.05). The easier the patients sleep, the higher the score of theMotor function (P<0.05).Similarly score of the daily living are rising at the three time points (P<0.05).The male patients indaily living rehabilitation therapy for one month, three months scored higher than women’s (P<0.05).Patients’ daily life ability score were higher than general easy sleeping and sleeping difficulties at threetime points (P<0.05). The score of SDS between being and out of hospitals have statistical significance (P<0.05).SDSscore decreased (P<0.05)on admission to hospital. There is no difference between male and female on SDS(P>0.05) on admission. Male and female patients’ scale scores at discharge are reduced, the degree ofdepression in male patients decreased more (P<0.05). The degree of depression in hospital patients sleep isrelatively easy reduce more (P<0.05).2. Logistic regression analysis of patients with motor function, daily life ability, depression statusRespectively taking the motor function on admission, or one month of treatment, for threemonths as the dependent variable, obtain the correlative factors are sexual distinction, age, occupation, level of education, family income and so on.Taking the activity of daily living at the three points as the dependent variable, receive residence, occupation, sleep difficulty, sexual distinction, parental presence, children’s age and so on for the threetimes.Using the same method, making the depression scores as the dependent variable, discharge fromthe general information, living habits, three time points in the motor function, daily life ability as variables, getting factors that influence the degree of depression associated with hospitalization are gender, number ofchildren, the appetite; draws the influence of depression at the time of discharge factors are age, number ofchildren, sleep difficulty.3. The correlation coefficient r modified BI mean respectively with three time points in thepatients on admission of the mean FMA values are0.576,0.507,0.380, respectively, positive correlationbetween the three (P<0.05); the correlation coefficient r and the two time point in the mean SDS values are0.024,-0.174, there is no correlation between the and the two. The correlation coefficient r modified BImean respectively with three time points in the rehabilitation of a month of the average FMA values are0.360,0.460,0.472, respectively, positive correlation between the three (P<0.05); and SDS value of thecorrelation coefficient r two time points are0.000,-0.317, and rehabilitation treatment depression in FMApatients discharged with a month of negative correlation (P<0.01). The correlation coefficient r ofrehabilitation treatment for three months after the FMA score and three time points of modified BI meanvalues are0.216,0.352,0.444, respectively, positive correlation between the three (P<0.05); the correlationcoefficient r and the two time point in the mean SDS values are0.023,-0.275, rehabilitation hospital FMA and three months in patients of depression negative correlation (P<0.05). The correlation coefficient r inpatients on admission of modified BI mean and two time points in the SDS mean values are-0.076,-0.158,statistical analysis showed no correlation; the correlation coefficient r rehabilitation after a month of themodified BI score and two time points in treatment of SDS scores were-0.041,-0.232, dischargeimprovement the BI score and the rehabilitation treatment of a month when depression negative correlation(P<0.05). The correlation coefficient r recovery three months after the BI score and two time points intreatment of SDS scores are-0.104,-0.310, modified BI score and discharged patients of rehabilitationtreatment for three months when the depression negative correlation (P<0.01).Conclusion1. Activity of daily living and motor function rehabilitation and training for regular on youngstroke patients improve obviously; the effected factors of motor function are sexual distinction, occupation, education, residence, drinking, daily life ability. The effected factors of activity of daily living includesexual distinction, occupation, residence, parents, children’s age, the degree of sleep and so on.2. The degree of depression of patients is obvious, the degree of depression discharge decrease, but the score is still higher than the national norm. The influenced factors are sexual distinction, age, thepatient’s appetite, the number of children. The nursing staff should adopt effective intervention measuresaccording to the individual differences, reduce depression of patients, maximize the recovery of self-careability, make them return to society as soon as possible.
