Objectives:.To discuss the relationship between plasma plasminogen activatorinhibitor-1(PAI-1) and coronary artery lesion and Gensini score. Methods:To Select our hospital between January2011and coronary angiography incardiovascular hospitalization (coronary angiograpy,CAG)127cases of hospitalizedpatients.1, According to the results of clinical, ECG, coronary angiography and serummarkers, are coronary heart disease group of100cases and the number of cases acontrolled27cases, case groups are coronary heart disease group of50cases of acutemyocardial infarction; groups of50cases of stable angina.2, based on the number ofcoronary artery disease involving blood vessels, the127hospitalized patients aredivided into four groups: Group of27cases of non-coronary artery lesion,single-vessel coronary artery disease groups22cases,37cases of double-vesselcoronary artery disease group,three-vessel coronary artery disease groups in41cases.Carries on the quantitative assessment to the coronary artery pathological changedegree according to the Gensini point scale. Collects the circumference venous blood10mlbefore the coronarography to all into the group patients, the offcenter, the acceptedserum, fasting blood glucose (FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerideg(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high densitylipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinaseisoenzyme(CK-MB), high sensitivity C-reaction protein (hs-CRP), high sensitivetroponin(cTnT) indicators such as;Take another blood2ml (placed with0.109mol/Lstructure of sodium citrate anticoagulant), centrifugal, take supernatant.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) testing blood levels of PAI-1;and atthe same time collecting patient history of height, weight, blood pressure, smoking, diabetes history information.Results:1.The blood plasma PAI-1level of acute cardiac arrest group significantly ishigher than the stable angina group (1859.22±560.09pg/ml vs473.02±167.75pg/ml, P<0.05) and the control group (1859.22±560.09pg/ml vs117.30±67.10pg/ml, P<0.05);The stable angina group blood plasma PAI-1level significantly is higher than the control group (473.02±167.75pg/ml vs117.30±67.10pg/ml, P<0.05), the difference has the statistical significance.2. The coronary disease three pathological change group blood plasma PAI-1density significantly are higher than the coronary disease single pathological changegroup (1329.70±837.85pg/ml vs917.50±834.22pg/ml, P<0.05) and non-coronarydisease group (1329.70±837.85pg/ml vs117.30±67.10pg/m, P<0.05); The coronarydisease pair of pathological change group blood plasma PAI-1density significantly ishigher than the non-coronary disease group (1132.68±737.78pg/ml vs117.30±67.10pg/ml, P<0.05);The coronary disease single pathological change groupblood plasma PAI-1density significantly is higher than the non-coronary diseasegroup (917.50±834.22pg/ml vs117.30±67.10pg/ml, P<0.05); The blood plasmaPAI-1density has the trend in the single pathological change groups, the pair ofpathological change groups and three pathological change groups in turn elevating, but three pathological change groups and pair of pathological change groups, thedouble pathological change group compares with single pathological change groups, difference non-statistical significance (P>0.05).3. The correlation analysis demonstrated: The blood serum PAI-1level andcoronary artery pathological change count (r=0.511, P﹤0.05), the Gensini integral(r=0.653, P﹤0.05), hs-CRP (r=0.547, P﹤0.05), cTnT (r=0.496, P﹤0.05) is a positivecorrelation; With age, sex, blood pressure, BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, CK,CK-MB, ESR and FBG not remarkable relevance. Conclusion:The blood plasma PAI-1level as well as the coronary artery pathologicalchange narrow degree is related, may becomes serology target of forecast coronarypathological change degree.
