Objective:1Through contrast the different of hemorrheology and haemodynamics betweenoligohydramnios and nomal pregnant women,discussing oligohydramnios’physiopathology-change in blood flowing,blood priming and vascular resistance.2Through contrast the different of hemorrheology and haemodynamics ofoligohydramnios before treating and after treating,discussing the changes in bloodflowing,blood priming and vascular resistance,and probing the clinical meaning thathemorrheology and haemodynamics monitor the treatment of oligohydramnios.3.Through contrast the different of AFI oligohydramnios before treating and thatafter treating,discussing the effect of intergratine medicine.Methods:Selecting28late-term oligohydramnios (experimental group) and43nomalpregnant women(control group),oligohydramnios supply intergratine medicine.Thoesnomal pregnant women and Oligohydramnios before they were prevented and after theywere prevented needed detecting some indexs.①hemorrheology:BVL、BVM、BVH、PV、HCT、Erythocyte aggregation index;②haemodynamics:S/D、RI、PI of umbilicalartery、uterus artrey and fetus renal artery;③AFI.Statistical analyses were performedwith the use of the SPSS13.0.The datas was analyzed by T Test, Variance Analysis andLinear Correlation.Result:1experimental group compared with control group:BVH、PV、HCT、Erythocyteaggregation index higher(P<0.01),BVL higher(P<0.05);S/D、RI、PI of umbilicalartery、uterus artrey and fetus renal artery higher (P<0.01).experimental group afterthey were prevented compared with before they were prevented:BVH、HCT lower P<0.01),Erythocyte aggregation index lowe(rP<0.05);S/D、RI、PI of umbilical arterylower(P<0.01)PI of uterus artrey and fetus renal lower(P<0.05). experimental groupafter they were prevented compared with control group:BVL、BVH、HCT、Erythocyteaggregation index the same(P>0.05); PI of uterus artrey the same(P>0.05).2experimental group after they were prevented compared with before they wereprevented: AFI higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:1Through monitor hemorrheology and haemodynamics,make clear that late-termoligohydramnious have the condition of high viscosity of blood,high vascular resistanceand low blood priming.2Through monitor hemorrheology and haemodynamics,make clear that intergratinemedicine can treat oligohydramnious by thinning viscosity of blood,reducing vascularresistance and increasing blood priming.3hemorrheology and haemodynamics are effective methods in monitoringoligohydramnious’treatment.4intergratine medicine is effective in treating oligohydramnious,and having a goodpractical prospect.It exists study space in adjusting pharmacy and cycle.
