[Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of arthroscopic treatment of the clinical effects of femoral intercondylar fossa impingement syndrome.[Methods]29cases of arthroscopic treatment of femoral intercondylar fossa impingement syndrome, and follow up and do reviewable investigate analysis on the patients for1-12months. the clinical effect was evaluated and statistical analyzed with Lysholm.[Result] All cases were followed up for12months and was evaluated, the Lysholm scores before and after surgery are62.34±11.25and85.10±9.67,4cases were excellent,16better,7good,2poor, and success rate is93.10%, differences were significant before and after operation.[Conclusion] Arthroscopic treatment is very effective in treating femoral intercondylar fossa impingement syndrome and most patients recovered after operation。arthroscope is easy and convenient to operate with small soft tissue injury and short time, which makes it an ideal and effective treatment and should be widely spreaded in clinics.
